History of Davis Islands epub.pub P Davis I found the whole book to be well researched and presented in a reader friendly format I also enjoyed the historical photos throughout Kindle Edition I really enjoyed this book It was so light and easy to read through I finished it in a day and never really wanted to put it down I just recently read another book about a small portion of Tampa history but I didn t like the way the author presented their research and that book felt a lot less organized than this I enjoyed the deep research that was put in and all the accompanying pictures and facts that made it so much intriguing The research was presented in a simple straightforward way and I didn t feel bogged down by random facts being thrown my way with no order to the way it s being presented The whole flow of the book made perfect sense and kept me interested the whole way I completely love the dedication that went into the research for this book Growing up I lived closer to Westshore and never knew much about Davis Islands other than it seeming sort of exotic untouchable When I started driving in high school though D. Virgin islands history books I specifically the end of the island was the place to hang out with friends or just drive around and appreciate the view I started exploring it a lot after that Although I never lived there it is a really special place to me with a lot of great memories When I m away from Tampa it s the place I crave the most and I know a lot of other people feel the same I love that this book took the time to explore all that history and really show how Davis Islands became what it is today Kindle Edition
