Review to come 9781499697056 I received this book as a Goodreads giveaway I didn t know what I was getting into with this book but the accompanying art got me excited It s an adventure store about a tween boy with dogs and drama and violence and dogs being gross It turned out to be a really entertaining read and I look forward to passing it on to my kids to read when they are 10 13ish I m definitely curious about the rest of the series 9781499697056 The manner in which written with Gelert in the horrible scrimmage with the ape makes you feel as if you are there In the captains cabin dim with standing water my feet felt wet also Reviving fluid was spattered everywhere As Llewellyn pierced the ape over and over with his sword my heart raced My ears could hear his screaming as he plunged with all his strength Gelert with wounds fought unyielding to the end Llewelyn conforted Gelert tenderly trying to escape the hounds puking and afterwards becoming aware the wolf hound was unhurt The reviving fluid that Gelert had digested had never been given to dogs 9781499697056 Pustulent.

2014Absolutely brilliant read Well worth recommending PS would make a fantastic film The storytelling doesn t need further bringing to life but it s further brought to life By Me on 12 Aug 2014Fantastic illustrations The story doesn t even need them as it is so complete and vivid an adventure through the storytelling alone But it s a bonus to enjoy the artist s original vision and talent i hope one day soon it gets reviewed in mainstream press in UK finds a big publisher and printed to the kind of quality that does it justice this print on demand book is not bad quality and only has a couple of auto correct style copy editing misses here and there But it s in the world.
