Nonfiction This book didn t contain anything that I hadn t already read or figured out on my own I say skip it I picked it up because I expected it to have some radical mental training techniques but it was a collection of stories that were all very wishy washy and clich d and not interesting at all Most of the time the author s writing style annoyed me and I had a hard time taking him seriously because he was trying to come across deeply philosophical and spiritual but with no real substance behind his words he failed and came across almost comical The character Leo tai is suppose to be some kind of a wise master.
