I m glad I got it because I really loved it This is a one of a kind supernatural story There are several things going on in its intricate storyline each having their own mysteries and they all tie in together very well I loved the main characters and the dynamic between them You ll end up realizing this is really about an epic tale of good and evil and the unknown The main characters have their internal struggles with who they truly are versus what they ve become. But I need a break from the writing which seemed repetitive Character descriptions were repeated pages later and didn t seem to add anything to the overall description and became tedious I may sometimes have a tendency to forget who a character is but an author can remind the reader who he is through context instead of introducing him as Andy the nice neighborhood teenager with a habit of crazy driving almost every time his name comes up The timeline also jumps around which can supplement a story line but it just didn t do it for me in this novel Instead of keeping me on the edge of my seat I found it irritating almost as tedious as the flat description of what should have been exciting events The reason I gave it two stars was because the plot seemed good but it got bogged down in the writing Fredrick S dela Cruz It took me a while and some effort to get going in this book The fact that the main opponents were both nameless did not help nor did the going up and down in time and the numerous subplots.
