I love books that don t shy away from the gritty reality of life but still show the redeeming qualities inherent in people This book fits the bill And it amazes me that it s co authored If I didn t know that from being familiar with Inion N Mathair s blog I wouldn t know it from the book The writing s seamless in the voices of the characters As a personal thing the format bothered me For some reason the spaces between the paragraphs threw me so it took a little longer to sink into the reading Plus where Inion N Mathair finished the book makes me want a sequel What happens now For those who like a tidy nice ending this isn t the book for you But if you like a book that challenges you and leaves you with an unsettled feeling like any good horror does than you ll love this one Fiction Fantasy Young Adult Reading The Perfect 7 is like riding a roller coaster that you never want to end As I finished reading the last page all I could think was More please Fortunately there is to come and I cannot wait for the next book in the series to be published The writing is top notch and the nail biting twists had me turning pages faster than I thought possible. Book the perfect couple by elin hilderbrand The first half of the book introduces the five central characters which the reader will no doubt adore and then there s a terrifying twist halfway through the book I don t want to ruin the story but I will say that this book is intense The authors do a great job of making the readers feel like they know the characters especially Kevin Yager the protagonist He s a lovable seventeen year old with a defiant attitude and a dry sense of humor All five of the central characters are sarcastic and they re quite mischievous in an endearing way The authors do a great job of giving each character his own voice I was impressed with the way both female authors could make you feel like you re reading a story told by a teenage boy It s hard to write about this book without giving away too much of the plot so I ll just say that this is a must read story The Perfect 7 is hilarious heartwarming and horrifying all at the same time I highly recommend this book Five stars all the way Fiction Fantasy Young Adult I don t usually read young adult or fantasy themed novels but the premise of The Perfect 7 was intriguing and the story absorbing A group of teenage boys caught up in the sins of a wild rock star lifestyle discover that everything comes with a price A high ranking spawn of Satan sets his eyes on the leader of the band and as such misery and danger envelop the boys Sensitive readers should be aware of the crude language consistent with the rebellious nature of the boys as well as their misogynistic views toward women but fans of apocalyptic young adult fiction will be entertained Fun storytelling Fiction Fantasy Young Adult CAPTIVATING You won t want to put it down Inion N Mathair are a dynamic mother daughter writing team that will take you on the ride of a lifetime I was very surprised at how well the authors collaborated on developing such a well written story I congratulate them on a job well done and on their outstanding entrance into the wonderful world of writing the macabre It amazes me how well two female authors captured today s youthful boys being boys As a male I can totally relate to these superbly written characters making this an outstanding read for any gender and for young adult to adult. 7 perfecte dagen I was torn on savoring the story for as long as I could and reading it straight to the end Yes it is that riveting I do not want to give too much away about the story itself but here is a short summery Kevin Yager is much like any modern teenage boy with dreams of becoming a rock star Kevin s best friends and band mates Sam Roth Lane and Ivers are discovered by a business mogul named Viktor Vikirrus Viktor offers the boys a chance of a lifetime to play at the legendary nightclub the Perfect 7 The club is wildly famous for turning nobodies into stars and making dreams come true With rock star parties loads of cash and the promise of stardom the boys can t resist living the dream So of course they decide to follow Viktor with his promises of fame and fortune to a private island for an exclusive grand performance Unfortunately not all is as it seems Before long Kevin and his boys find themselves smack dab in the middle of the ultimate battle of Good vs Evil fighting for their very souls GET THIS BOOK to discover a fantastic thrill a minute adventure that is original witty fun gut wrenching suspenseful etc. Pdf perfect 11 but most of all just a helluva good time I CAN T WAIT FOR THE NEXT INSTALLMENT Fiction Fantasy Young Adult Thanks to Inion N Mathair the mother daughter writing team I ve just finished reading a book I never wanted to end It s a rare thing for me to become so involved with characters that my breath stops and my heart races with nearly every page The tale is not only well conceived but brilliantly told with hooks than a convention of pirates. Pdf perfect 11 Our boys are dazzled by the lure of bright lights fame and fortune Unfortunately there is a tarnish to be dealt with and it s not of this world The characters are as astonishingly well developed as the story I have to make a confession here Very early in the book I started to ration the number of pages I d read each day I wanted to savour the spinning of the yarn but another part of me wanted to sit up all night and finish it in one go I m so glad I paced myself because now I have to wait for the sequel If you re looking for a nice fairy tale happy ending The Perfect 7 is not your book BUT if you re looking for a story that will pull you in grab you by the throat and excite you beyond belief then this is the book for you I gladly rate this book with 5 stars as I wait with bated breath for the next installment.
