Gorgeous pictures fantastic recipes the best kind of book 240 Ice cream that is enough to keep me fully interested I bought this book at the box sale on a whim several years ago and it has been sitting in its box for years until I decided to go through that box and remind myself of what I had bought Now that I am actually interested in going into a business with Ice cream these books are than ever helpful and useful for inspirations and recipes plus I can learn cool stories along the way The formatting of how these recipes go is kind of lax in my opinion and no where near as laid out as other books I ve come across but all the same I am interested to give these recipes a try and learn from trial and error and with my own experiences 240 This is quite the inventive grouping of ice cream sandwiches Honestly I will likely just make some of these cookies for eating sans ice cream I am also stoked for some of the inventive ice cream flavors such as Gin and Tonic Yes please 240 Wow 240 great read 240
