Cross my heart billy stewart How can I even it s freakin perfect I just love it Recommended I won t spoil the fun of a good read by dropping spoilers but know that this book solves everything about the first book Celebrity Status Read it You won t regret it ebook Not as good as the first book in terms of the plot A bit too many characters and jumping around I actually had to pause to figure out who people were a few times But the writing gets a bit stronger ebook the first book is better but i just love her writing ebook So this review is for all three books in the series which I read while on vacation. Cross my heart dornier Can I just say that I really disliked this book It was of a teenage girl s daydream than a story I think we could cut away 3 4 of the entire series if we removed the needless descriptions of everyone s outfits and excessive namedropping I didn t need the three paragraph descriptions of the dresses the girls were wearing or whether her purse was coach or Gucci It had nothing to do with the plot. Cross my heart book Next the characters were very under developed and one dimensional Except for the parts where they completely contradict themselves And most of all in this category Mary Sues all over the place I mean take Holly for example other characters describe sweet understanding tolerant strong humble and smart she s the valedictorian at her school According to them she has no flaws whatsoever except for her supposed insecurity which only appears when convenient for the story And for all her supposed intelligence she says the dumbest things sometimes There is very little subtlety in any of the characters They re all on the extremes of their respective spectrum Frankly they re unrelatable and unrealistic.
