Children of stone book

And great use of language to express what the characters sounded like 456 I really like this book It is different from the first two It is sifi then the first two The way it ended it s hard to tell if there will be another one but it sounds like it could go either way I sure hope there are books I want to know that the good guys win in the end All of these books can be read as stand alone books and be really good reads but they are even better if you read the ftm as a series 456 It took me a few chapters to realize were I was and what was going on But this installment is another flawless performance by these authors I know I say this in every review of this series but it is really like a giant puzzle that you as the reader get to put together I love getting to watch the characters figure out who they really are This series is a journey that I don t want to end I love every word of this series and can not wait for the next one It really is a must read series 456 I was engineered for war. Child of stone inkbound As an elite soldier of the Blended Coalition.

Child of steel lyrics

Was given this book for a review Loved it Was just as good if not better than the other two Love the mix of sci fi and magic Excellent storyline well written I go where they tell me I don t ask questions The mission That s all there is. Name of books for child But somethin s changing Gods and magic That skrit makes my head hurt Things aren t what I fraggin thought they were or was told Turns out the Coalition is rotten from the inside Orders don t make sense I feel doubt in my gut Now I m stuck tryin to decide what to do. Children of stonehenge But somehow I got the feelin that I ain t gonna get a choice anyway Child of Stone Shardwell 3 I received a paperback copy of this book in exchange for an honest review I was also sent book one and two and I instantly fell in love with this series and I was very very very excited to read this installment and in true form the authors did not disappoint and I love love loved this book and it has become my absolute favorite of the series and also my favorite of the year of which I include 2013 cause it is early 2014 I really can not express how perfect this book is it had everything anyone could love in a book and then a little extra just because that s how awesome these authors are both in imagination and writing style If you have not read this series it should be a must read for all and if anything you should at least read this one but the whole series is fantastic and well worth the read This may contain spoilers So when I first started this book I was a little confused I mean book 2 left off in a whole other land and now we are in space with sexy Lieutenant Lance Kyleren a GAEL VIC soldier with bonded living tech that makes him a super soldier well thank goodness the confusion was short lived as I was quickly sucked into Kyleren s world and then rewarded with the return of Raeylan and Margariete I was so glad to see them return and even entertained by the beautiful execution of how each character interacted and had their fates entwined. Child of stonej balvin I love the idea of the struggle between peoples belief in science and uncertainty of magic but unknown to many it may really be one in the same Gene snorted Margarite called it magic he called it science So was he proving that magic was a force of reality Or was he merely reclassifying that power into a branch of science The paradoxical nature of the argument made him cringe Perhaps it didn t matter His art was of discovery to define truths that could be classified organized and manipulated. Child of steel lyrics I loved how detailed and imaginative this world was the fantastic mix of mythology Scientific advancement and magic was very captivating and I am in such awe of how wonderfully this world was built and how perfectly the story was executed around it From the bottom of my heart I hope there will be to this series and soon because I am even excited about the journey yet to come for LAMIE and her crew of misfits ready to take on Kirion and save the Shards As happy as I was to have the return of Reaylan and Margariete since they stole my heart in book one I was so excited for the addition of Lance Kyleren I mean yes Raeylan is cute in his brooding protective way but I loved Kyleren s wit and his strong personality that was able to match that of Margariete I really hope that she will finally let down her guard and let Kyleren in they need each other even of they don t know it yet The supporting cast of characters was also great but how could I expect anything else I found a particular interest in LAMIE the adolescent ship that was a part of the crew than some of the Aon squad She had a very interesting personality and a loyalty that I never really expected The depth of the underlying plot of this story is so perfectly written that I am so happy to be along for the ride The complexity of the shards the fracture and the fight to prevent Kirion from attending his God like status over all the shards it is so easy to fight for their success I could not ask for any out of this book or series except that is continue forever and ever and after reading this book I have decided I will fins a way to fit in re reading this series because it is so worth another go round I love this book I love this series and I hope with all my heart people discover this series and it gets the credit it deserves 456 This review can also be found on my blog A Match Made in HeavenThis book was just as amazing and epic as Guardian of Time but so different This is set 400 years after the events of Guardian of Time It may have just been too long since I read it but I don t remember it being mentioned that Margariete and Raeylan had such long lifespans They spent the last 400 years searching for Esilwen traveling the shards many of which had advanced technology So when we meet Margariete and Raeylan again they are already somewhat familiar with technology and aren t completely out of their depths And we also meet Kyleren again I missed Kyle in Guardian of Time and was glad to see that this book was his story I expected this book to show us how he ended up with Margariete Unfortunately things didn t progress that far I am glad that their relationship is one that grows over time It will get time and focus than Raeylan and Esilwen but I was still a little sad to see them hating each other to begin with Its like Daemon and Katy from Obsidian without the random hot make out sessions Just lots of glaring and smart mouthing I look forward to seeing their relationship grow to what it was in Phoenix Angel I am just worried about the chronological placement of the next book Don t skip another 400 years I have to see them falling in love The magic and mythology grows even complex in this book with so much depth and of Kirion s plans revealed It s so hard to believe he is the same person as Carter from book 1 But I enjoy a villain who isn t black white There s a lot to him than just evil I am usually hesitant to start a long series and I was skeptical when I heard that this series was planned as 6 books but now I know that the story will need at least that many and I wouldn t want it to be shorter anyway I love all these characters so much Margariete Raeylan Esilwen and Kyleren Even Kirion and Farrelblade in a weird way And the new introduction of Gene He was kinda funny in his awkward way and I hope he sticks around. Child of steel lyrics This story encompasses than all of the known universe it spans millenniums and features elves gods kings assassins and genetically engineered soldiers There is no way that it won t have something for you I would like to thank the authors for sending me this book in exchange for an honest review 456 I won this book from Goodreads in exchange for an honest review. Child of stone inkbound I started reading this book with trepidation Number 3 in the series and I hadn t read the first 2 I discovered an unusual mix of genres Sci Fi Fantasy Myth and magic imagine Universal Soldier meets Starship Troopers and Lord of the Rings which I am pleased to announce WORKS AMAZINGLY WELL Great characters Well written and Very witty Check out the titles to each chapter famous quotes each of which made me smile bringing back amusing recollections. Children of stone city Whilst it is not absolutely essential to read the previous books first you CAN read Lord of the Rings before The Hobbit I found myself wanting to know about the characters histories If I d read the other 2 books first I would have given top marks But that s down to my own negligence sadly and no reflection on the authors obvious talents All in all a Fraggin Great Read which I HIGHLY recommend It did leave me with a problem though where can I find the rest of the series p. Child of steel lyrics s It also has a picture of ME on the cover 456 After reading and loving the first two books in the Shardwell Series I was dying to get my hands on Child of Stone Gerry and Hall didn t disappoint. Child of steel lyrics The first book is set in present day Earth the second is set some time earlier in a fantastical shard of princes and princesses Child of Stone is based sometime in between in galactic setting which I m not usually a fan of but Gerry and Hall are a couple of geniuses This is where we finally get Kyle s story Lance Kyleren is a blended which means that he was basically created to be the elite of the elite soldiers The Coalition is at war and Lt Lance Kyleren is part of the mission sent to cripple the enemy when impossibly a woman materializes on his ship This beautiful feisty woman turns out to none other than Margariete who was somehow separated from Raelyn when entering the shard in search of Esilwen True to their story Margariete and Kyleren hate each other at first you gotta love a love hate story The mission gets derailed Esilwen and Kirion turn out to both be in this shard there s fighting magic gods and goddesses and elves and all set in the galactic world I never would have thought that could work but it does Once again I don t want to ruin the book for anyone that hasn t read it because truly it s an amazing series So without giving away too many details I ll say this Gerry and Hall have an uncanny ability to create amazing worlds and take you into them What started out as seemingly slightly different talented teenage kids have turned out to be so much The world they have unfolded the elements they re able to bring together Chano s where technology is in place and magic is just old stories about science This is where we discover how Kyle joins the group of course he is known as Lt Lance Kyleren of the GAEL VICs After meeting him and his normal life it is only fair that they need to introduce our wonderful Magriete and her twin Raelyn to him I do love how Magriete is intrigued by Kyleren but wants to knock him senseless at the same time Their banter and her fury as he insists upon her nickname of Mags is enjoyable and brings some much needed humor at times when it is really tense Now we have all the characters accounted for in the first book Phoneix Angel and are set up for how we get back there There is so much in store for them as they continue to battle Kirion and his forces of evil All I can say is that is you are not reading these you are missing out on a fantastic storyline that can go on longer than the trilogies they are putting out there Endless possibilities and I m all set to go down the next path Bravo ladies Don t keep us waiting Book was given in exchange for an honest and fair review 456

Child of Stone (Shardwell, #3)A Gerry developed an interest in fantasy at a young age In middle school she fell in love with writing short stories and was thrilled when her sister proposed creating a series of novels together Her fondness of writing comes from many sources but the most prominent is her avid devotion to video games Some of her favorites include Mass Effect The Elder Scrolls series and anything that lets her shoot zombies She received a Bachelor s Degree from Southern Utah University and teaches at a local charter school. Children of stones It was so fun to watch them struggle with what they were told and what they were witnessing we could all use a little belief in magic, Child of steel lyrics My husband Tony read this book and he wrote the following review.thecovercontessa..
