Won this book in a giveaway It was a fast paced murder crime type book that I read over two days at the breakfast table I wanted to know what happened so I kept with it I think if this is your genre you will like it Paperback This book is like reading the TV show Criminal Minds.

Just that time had passed This is definitely a book I would recommend and I would love to read books about this bunch of investigators Paperback In Blood List the FBI is hunting a mysterious killer The main character Sam reminds me of Penelope Garcia Criminal Minds or Abby Sciuto NCIS is the tech wizard helping out and using all of his computer skills to help catch this killer The killer and FBI go back and forth in being captured and escaping The book reads like a tv script and is very entertaining I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will look for books by this author. Blood blister on dog The back and forth struggle for information only gets muddled as the book goes on creating one of the most intriguing plots I have read and in my opinion is the best aspect of Blood List It is a great balance between information and misinformation leading the reader down different paths and very slowly revealing the underlying details at a slow burn At the end of every chapter I found myself always wanting to continue on to find out what happens. Blood list book The problem I had with the book was the last few chapters and the ending Leading up to the last few chapters it was fairly easy to understand the time frame and the links between the events that happen Things seemed well connected and even if they weren t explained at one point it would be explained shortly after However as the story came to a close it felt like the authors rushed to finish the book There are gaps in the information that lead to confusion over what actually happened and how things played out Part of it is for suspense but sometimes it just left me confused than on the edge of my seat Paperback This was a thoroughly enjoyable book The plot was good and kept me reading way past bedtime as I had to see what happened next The pace was steady and unrelenting and I was sometimes split between rooting for the good or bad guys The ending was a surprise and leaves the book open for a sequel which I do hope for Paperback An engaging story where a FBI team is put together to seek out an apparent serial killer and a Black Ops operative is on a similar objective but working alone in parallel with the FBI team The FBI team is led by Special Agent in charge Gene Palomini and includes his older brother Marty a technical specialist Carl Agents Jerri Doug and information specialist Sam The current alias for the black ops fugitive is Paul Renner Although the FBI team members are experienced highly trained agents they are just not as fast and able with hand to hand combat as Paul Renner and he seems to delight in tweaking the noses of the FBI team as he goes about his agenda alerting them to the city of his next victim first followed later by the pending victim s initials then the location specifics just a little too late for them to prevent the killing The FBI team tries to discover any link between victims without success and the killings go on This is a fast action adventure that spans the nation with constant action demanding the readers attention and inducing an increased heart rate while trying to project where the story is going next As the story evolves so much so that as I was reading I was matching the TV characters to the book characters in my mind I don t think that s a bad thing I happen to love Criminal Minds so this was definitely one of my favorite kind of books The book starts off strong and keeps going nonstop until the very last page Not for the squeamish this book definitely will keep you turning pages long into the night It is a fast read and you will find yourself really involved with their investigation The only reason I did not give this book 5 stars was that for the first 1 3 of the book there was too much head hopping too much character changing when I was not familiar enough with the characters It was confusing and seemed to jumble the story for me It seemed like there was no main character to focus on After that though things fell into place and it was easier to sort out Also the scenes shifted so fast especially the time and that was a bit hard to keep track of I had to highlight the dates to keep them straight though it really did not make too much of a difference what the date was in my opinion blah blah blah crime drama and I love crime drama mystery lol I needed some girl stuff A three book series under crime drama romance helped fill my need So when I went to pick this novel up again I was excited to read it. Blood blister in mouth However I wasn t a big fan of the laid out structure There were a lot of sections breaks almost too many of them for my taste flow of reading For example one section began with November 16th at 8 55am It has a section break within it where someone is cooking steaks Now that would tell me there is a time hop on the same day I know few people who cook steak for breakfast or drink beer that early too The next section began with November 16th at 9 55am at a different location but the same state Hard to believe everything was set up within an hour I think this next section should have been November 18th But I did like the date time and location noted in sections If you glazed or skipped over them the section explained those details Granted I must note I was reading an advance reader copy I m sure it s been updated and a little bit organized when published.
