He would always come back till eventually they set up a back yard on the roof and mom said Dog could stay I read this story to my 8yr old and 2yr old They both really seemed to enjoy it My children loved dogs so they thought it was funny how he would always return after mom would send him away I would def recommend this book to others to read to their little ones Thank you NetGalley for this ARC 184895655X my thoughts This is a cute little book about a boy named Eddie and a or less homeless dog Eddie and the dog get a long wonderful but his mother says no dog because they don t live in a place with a backyard big enough to sustain him The dog goes his way but always seems to come back to play Eventually Eddie s mom and him with the help of the dog figure out a way that they can keep the dog. Book eddie and dog series This is one of those children s stories that are meant to spark up a child s imagination It s well written and it is nicely illustrated I am sure any young child would love to have this read to them over and over again 184895655X Eddie and Dog meet by chance and an immediately form an unbreakable bond rooted in friendship and their shared love of adventure Eddie s mom insists that their lack of yard could never make Dog happy and promptly sends him away to a home better suited to an adventurous canine.

Eddie and dog ebook free download Eddie and Dog was a cute book about a child and a dog who like to go on adventures and during their adventures they form a strong bond But much like other reviewers my problem is how Eddie found the dog He finds him at the baggage claim of an airport in a crate for traveling and he just takes him because he looks like he likes adventures I don t understand at all why the author had Eddie find the dog in this way when there are tons of other options like finding the dog while out on a walk or in a parking lot of a store or at the park Just didn t make sense to me Luckily my daughter didn t realize Eddie was stealing the dog When they get home Eddie s mother insists that since they have no yard for a dog he can t live there and she has him taken away The dog finds his way back and this goes on a few times until finally the dog comes up with the idea of making a yard on the roof and Eddie s mom loves it so everyone lives happily ever after A little bit strange but my daughter did enjoy it which is why it s still getting a 4 Also I did enjoy the illustrations 184895655X A unique take on the boy and faithful dog story The dog keeps returning to Eddie despite the distances between them and while Eddie s mother says they cannot keep him because they do not have a big enough yard Dog and Eddie are determined to be together.
