Laugh out loud hilarious book Worth the read and look forward to from the author Impotent Geckos and Other Modern Curiosities This collection of the musings of an off beat author is just plain fun From a camera with a flash that won t listen to reason to being trapped between floor on an escalator to his sure fire solution on avoiding signing a petition this book will make you at least smile if not laugh out loud Impotent Geckos and Other Modern Curiosities I ve got this copy free from the Member Giveaway The reading wasn t so enjoyable because the paragraphs were set accidentally and mostly at the wrong places I guess that this copy must have been one of the planning phase before a corrector has seen it. Most of these short stories are really funny and are taken from real life As a reader I could lively see the incidents and feel with the writer Sometimes I got the giggles In any case.

Site_link post a commentHilarious I ve caught myself wondering a few of these things too especially what was better than sliced bread before sliced bread Ha Quick it s a book everybody will like 3 1 2 stars Impotent Geckos and Other Modern Curiosities This short story essay type of novella was in many ways refreshing for a reader While some of the stories are easy to guess the direction there are many that force you to giggle to yourself even if someone is around Flanking Maneuvers and An Incident in the Shower were definitely two of my favorites Others that stand out are How to Make an OCD Toast She Put the Garlic Where Sleeping with the Enemy and Not Claustrophobic are also added little gems to this book. If I had any negative comments for this novella it would be I wish the stories were longer and I knew about what was happening being thought But I also really enjoy this type of writing as well because it is almost a snapshot of the narrator s life He She leaves out the boring parts and only tells the reader of the punchline. Definitely worth reading if you want a novella that will keep you giggling and also for a quick read Impotent Geckos and Other Modern Curiosities
