Six quirky tales vol. 1 pdf full book Six Quirky Tales is a fun filled short collection of stories which will provide much entertainment for those with a slightly twisted sense of humor I thoroughly enjoyed all of the stories with the minor exception of Scylla and the Pepper Pirates It was interesting and at times humorous but apparently reading about pirates isn t quite my cup of tea This story in particular makes me think of The Princess Bride if Buttercup had run off to find Wesley and things had worked out differently Gunda s Garden Gnomes How the Toilet Maker s Daughter Became Queen and The Prince Who Came out of the Plaice were my favorites in this volume I absolutely adore Hall s humor and I was not disappointed in the least with these stories The Devil Eats Here I had read before in her anthology of the same name Despite a few predictable twists and turns in these stories I did enjoy it very much and would recommend it Six Quirky Tales Vol 1 2013 Edition
