company lands a high profile deal and makes headlines Rosalind wants to share in her joy and success with her girlfriends But she has lacked to keep in touch with many of them except her friend Kamakshi She is left wondering if she s possibly been missing to her life When Kamakshi drops the bomb that she s is engaged and she used a matchmaker it gets Rosalind s mind working Maybe if her friend can have it all she can too Rosalind knows she s missing as aspect of her life she doesn t want to pass her by so makes a decision much like Kamakshi s to find herself a husband Enter in hunky get married quickly What s the rush Rosalind already booked most of her wedding just not the groom She s a woman who works on deadlines and control and it includes her lovelife Xavier needs to study Rosalind extensively in order to properly match her with the perfect candidate which means he needs to know all aspects of her life her home her office how she behaves in public and social events Instead of shadowing Rosalind like you would think he really implants himself into her life without him really knowing he s doing it for his own desires They both mask their growing attraction with business Soon the reader can see that Xavier is really everything Rosalind is looking for Little incidences reveal themselves as the story develops when you start to root for Xav And like who wouldn t He s dreamy and Rosalind even sees it The sexual tension is there but not as strong as I would have liked it In all honesty I would have loved to see scenes between Xav and Rosalind getting to know each other on a personal level without the pretense of professionalism I did really enjoy when Xav took care of her when she was sick but it left me wanting interaction between the pair I think if McRae created of a loving friendship sooner the legitimacy of their love would be easier to believe at the end To me I wanted to know about why Xav stopped being such a man about town and dating all kinds of women What made him really want to settle down and fall in love for the first time especially with Rosalind The obvious rift between them was Rosalind s misconception of his affection when he pulled away at the verge of any sign of developing attraction This continued until the peak of the story where Rosalind has to make a decision to follow her heart or her mind In the end I enjoyed the outcome I understood Rosalind s thinking and I liked that she for the first time in her life he had to let go of her logic and love the man she really was meant to love Have Gown Will Wed is a lovely
