Book the unforgettable buzzer book The interviews with some of the principals at Tudor and one of the competitors Munro add some great perspective on the sports toy industry and what made Tuedo Electronic Football so successful for so long. The Unforgettable buzzly The book covers each year from about 1949 to 1980 or so so it does drag at times as each Electronic Football ad is mentioned you find out the exact layout of a Gortham football game ad in a 1962 Thanksgiving newspaper insert complete with page Interesting but it got a little old to me. The unforgettable fire song It is a 600 page book so be warned they do pack a lot of stuff in here a Great of b w photos I wish that they had had some color ones as some of the accompanying text refers to nice color ads but as the book points out in reference to toy ads in magazines and catalogs color costs to print I enjoyed the book but plan on it taking awhile to get through They did a great deal of research Earl Shores
