Is very predictable As well as with it being so short the characters and there Love is not developed enough for the read to fully connect with them and the suspense murder thing also had soo much potential but with so few pages was rushed and well it made it corny at times as how predictable it was The author should have put effort into this novel since it did have plenty of potential and lots of juiciness to it spoiler s ahead Like Anna s past with her not talking could have been explored like why did her mom leave and when we find out Nate was the one who Megan cheated on Charlie with but not til the end do we find out that NAte and Simione were already together Like it was a side note oh yeah they were already together and he cheated blah The only real twist was with who the killer was.

Also posted to Jen in BooklandHush is a novella which normally I hate Normally I feel like the author tries to fit an entire novel into a few pages and it doesn t work This one was fun though Yes it moved quickly Yes the ending was a little quick and all but I still enjoyed it. Hushed meaning The story then picks up 6 years later Charlie has been in therapy and worked some things out and has returned for Anna and to put his guilt over Megan to rest If only it were that simple Things on the Anna front are good but Megan might have been murdered and as they start to look into it they get caught up with the murderer They almost get killed then run off to hide and figure out a plan of action Anna s sister is missing and boots is after them It all moves pretty quick and the reason why boots did what he did is a littleI don t really understand why he was trying to kill Anna and her sister It was still fun though and over quickly I will definitely be checking out from this author Thriller Mystery Romance A small town tragedy six years ago sets up this mystery that s full of secrets and complex relationships Tangleheart Mystery Romance HUSH stuffed a novel s worth of plot into a novella The story was fast paced and exciting But something has to give and what seemed to give in this story was the building of the motivations of the villains Ms Baldwin seemed to be leading me to a certain conclusion and then brought the villains in out of left field. Hush puppies amsterdam I did feel that the sex scene was a bit out of the blue and interrupted the flow of the story a bit but truth be told I usually feel that way when I read RS so perhaps that s a question of taste That said I liked Ms Baldwin s writing a lot and will definitely be reading of her books Thriller Mystery Romance This book if you can even really call it that being less than a hundred pages but it was predictable in that we are told that the evidence was messed with Also Charlie is ex military and he couldn t take down Nate s dad WTF come on he should be a bad ass and not jump on him he should have hit him like a buff military man should UGH I don t know its annoying to see how much this book could have been if it was given the chance And then to read some of the ratings giving it 4 and 5 stars like REALLY My rating is given on the bases that it did have potential but thats it So I would recommend this book to anyone Thriller Mystery Romance.
