I enjoyed this one a lot We got to see much of Mrs Meade in this story though I d like to know even about her It s another well crafted mystery told in a lovely old fashioned style Even in such a short story all the characters were deftly drawn individuals The Parting Glass Mrs Meade Mystery 2 I think I would have to say that this is my favorite Mrs Meade mystery of all three written so far I don t want to spoil it so I ll just say that Clyde was my favorite character and I hope to find my own Clyde someday The Parting Glass Mrs Meade Mystery 2 Lovely I think I might like the first book a little better but this one is also delightful Sweet moments clever lines I m simply in love with the writing style It s beautiful and interesting Again I can t wait to read from this author The Parting Glass Mrs Meade Mystery 2 Age Appropriate For 12 and up for mild romance and mild violenceBest for Ages 12 and upIt was so good to be getting back to this series I read the first one years ago and loved diving back into the series While one of Foley s earlier works it still shows her talent and skill.
