Danika s lived a secluded life hiding her gift from others Now in college danger and love threaten to intertwine as her gift comes full force Is Danika truly gifted or is she cursed Danika s GiftI liked this book It caught my attention quickly and I didn t put it down which is my personal line of demarcation for books The book concerns Danika who has a gift and her relationship with Derek who shares a similar gift At first I was worried that the gifts wouldn t be plausible as I m not a great fan of sci fi but that didn t end up being a problem maybe because the author focused mainly on how the gifts made the characters feel rather than how the gifts actually worked The book was heavier on feelings than what I m used to which normally is a criticism but the author s treatment of feelings was genuine and not overdone All in all I liked the book and I d recommend it. Danika's giftgas Kind RegardsC E Todd Danika s Gift Loved this story Danika feels so out of place because of her gift She is brilliant but socially awkward and naive In comes Derek and they share an instant attraction and a jolt of awareness for the other Loved that He was beyond sweet with her despite her inexperience and hesitation My heart did break when I first read of Derek s deception but the I read his story and his true feelings for Danika I felt ok There was some suspense and mystery and a hot almost sex scene I loved the ending everything worked out a HEA was hadI just really enjoyed this story Danika s Gift
