I m in love with this Cookbook Dished like Pasta with Rosemary Lamb Sugo and and Chicken Cutlets with Mint Pesto Spicy Carrots All the dishes are delicious AND beautiful 304 Good seasonal ideas 304 Most of these recipes are kind of short which is good Most recipes only get one half of a page so it cuts down on the ingredient list and directions The steps seem relatively straight forward and the few pictures that are provided about 1 picture to every 4 recipes or so look bright and colorful and delicious For instance the Smoky Sea Scallops with Avocado Corn Salsa looks easy and tempting enough that even I think I could make that But what I don t like is the organization I m not fond of flipping to page 171 for the July 28 page to find the recipe for Grilled Lamb Chops with Fresh Peach Salsa However there is a 2 part index in the back listing recipes first by ingredient then by food type i.
