I read this book because I liked Ms Jaimeson s writing in the Sweetwater Canyon series I don t read a lot of science fiction but I thought I d take a chance on this because it also has a romance and I like Jaimeson s writing I m really glad I did. Book eternity This is completely different from any book I ve ever read She has built a world where people live for 800 years because of a virus that s been captured in a special vaccination The problem is that one big company controls the virus and who can have it and who cannot As you can imagine having people live so long also creates a lot of problems for the world. Eternity for men I really liked the idea of the two groups in opposition to each other the Lifers who want to keep things the way they are and the Agers who want to go back to only living 200 years or less Of course you have to know that the hero and heroine are in opposite groups. Kindle eternity tools The world buildling was really good both horrifying things and amazing technology things I don t know if this is part of a series But when it got to the end I really wanted to know about the next step I mean they have to go out into space now to relieve the population problem Right Please Ms Jaimeson Please write books with this world and these characters Eternity I m than a third through it and I just don t care I m not involved in the characters the plot doesn t excite me and I fee like I m wasting my time. Eternal bookstore Moving on Eternity Won in goodreads giveaway Review soon Eternity This story had an interesting premise a virus that makes people immune to disease and effectively allows them to live 10x longer This is the background against which the story takes place and as such there are many interesting ideas and themes that could have been explored The saddest thing for me was that none of the interesting story lines were followed none of the interesting ethical issues were really explored and ultimately nothing of interest really happened I was really disappointed in this book I thought that maybe the end would bring some kind of closure but it didn t even do that such a waste of a good idea Eternity The world building behind Eternity looked interesting A kind of virus is discovered that extends the lifespan of the average person to hundreds of years Uneven control and distribution leads to a dystopian world of haves and have nots Plucky renegades work under the radar of the evil corporate masters to revamp the system Lots of potential. Eternity advertising solutions glassdoor Unfortunately all that potential is squandered by terrible characters and laughable romance The two main characters are supposed to be incredibly talented people with scientific physical and leadership credits galore Yet they can t see the villain for what she is despite her almost twirling her mustache at them nor can they make up their minds to either find a way to make their romance work or put an end to it Instead they spend the whole book going back and forth from complete separation to wildly passionate sex The romance and characters were so bad that I couldn t enjoy the world building ideas in Eternity There s plenty of other dystopian sci fi out there pick a better one than this Eternity
